hey everyone , we were going to a get together yesterday and i thought i would make some cheeseburgers , then i thought how about some stuffed cheeseburgers , then i thought how about Smoked Stuffed Bacon Cheeseburgers....and i tell you what...i am glad i did..wow these were good my kids and wife loved them they want me to make more today...now the only pic i did not get was the split and plated pic...i forgot my camera ....so let me show you what i got....
the ingrediants
basically did like a fattie to begin with...3/4 cup of meat each bag ( next time i will use less because these things were HUGE )
all flatten out...8 bags for 4 burgers
1 flat layed out with seasoning salt
next head country bbq sauce
onions and peppers
then bacon...
then a nice hunk of cheese
then top layer put on and sprinled with head country bbq rub and then shaped to keep the goodness in
all 4 layed out on the rack...the ones with the bacon on top is with onions and peppers the other 2 are with out for the kids
raining here today so i did this in the eve of my garage ...these are going at 240 with mesquite and pecan
the done pic getting ready to foil and leave for the get together...and then we forgot the camera so no money shot but it did happen....
