  • Perfect Day for Cheese

    Another 40 degree day in Chicago and I needed to do a test run on my AMZ smoker running in a different location, elevation, fuel etc. So cheese it was.

    Not sure if anyone in the house will like it but it went in the smoker.

    And more cheese pictures

    Simple Motz, Swiss and Munster over pecan for about 3 hrs then vacuum packed by testing my new old school VacuPak.
