Dennis and his partner in crime are the greatest. Very friendly and willing to help.
Great little unit. It even works without the air pump and gives a very very light smoke.
Great tool. Again thanx to Mossmo for selling the unit to me in the first place.

Well i took the cheese out afte only an hr as the cheese was looking smoked enough.
Well i tried. I can't get the pict to load. the cheese is cream cheese wich is very soft so it takes the smoke real easy. Can't wait until tonight. Baked spud with smoked cream cheese.
I will try later to get the pict posted of the done cheese

Nicely done, were you happy with the quality of the smoke?

I have never smoked cream cheese, but normal run of the mill cheese is generally better, more mellow tasting after after it is foodsaver'd and frozen a couple weeks.

I was very happy with the smoke. I think it would have been better if i had the air on low and maybe even turned off. Still learning. I know i should have some wood chunks in the mix but i am out so all i had was the pellets. I did put some briquettes in the bottom (2) and ended up with just some fine ash left over.
