    Thought I would try something new, never made a calzone before. I started by making the dough when that was raising I sauteed onions and mushrooms in butter and garlic. When those were done I added the PP and some orange marmalade chipolte bbq sauce and heated that.

    Then I divided dough in to four and rolled out and filled with meat and put mozzarrella on then closed them up and brushed with butter and sprinkled parmesan and oregano.

    Into the oven at 450 for 18 minutes

    They weren't the prettiest but they tasted good, thanks for looking. Hope my pictures are alright first time using photobucket.

    Sounds quite tasty. Good way to use leftovers. Love the marmalade idea.

              Oh man I wish I could see a pic with one of those cut in half. Now that's a meal that sounds right up my alley. Great job!
