Made some more whole wheat pizzas last night...and I learned that Heidi has a hidden talent: she can throw dough as well as any Italian dude in a pizzeria. (it was impressive - pictures woulda been better, but the mobile phone camera isn't really set up to take action shots).
They went into the BGE, and crusts were thin, crunchy, and excellent. Except for one little ripple...they weren't all that "Rustic" looking!
First one: Mozz & Fontina cheeses, Crimini Mushrooms, sprinkled with Truffle Oil, and Boars Head Turkey Pepperoni
(NOTE: BH Turkey Pep is VERY TASTY!!!)
Second one: Mozz & Fontina cheeses, Fresh Basil & Tomato
