I am getting off now to inject a butt that I am doing tomorrow night for my surrogate "mom"... for Mothers day we will celebrate on Sat..

Not sure myself... Saturday Im busy in the yard... And Sunday after I take some flowers to my mothers grave site.. I may have time to find something to sacrifice to the Smoke Gods...

Probably a beer can chicken on the new UDS and probably gonna start my canadian bacon curing.

If the butts are still $.94 at the commissary, gonna do about 10 of them. While I got the kitchen messed up, I'm gonna got my pork loin all dressed up for CB to smoke next weekend.

It's now Saturday....and I'm smoking 4 butts for my son's Grad. party next Saturday. Started 7 lbs. of Canadian bacon in cure last night, too! But, that's for another day...:cool:

I've been busy the last 2 weekends. I gotta go to a wedding shower for my youngest and yard work is seriously behind. Not sure what, but I'm throwing something in there yet this weekend. Lol.

OK Half the weekend over and half my stuff done.. Drove 330 miles to pick up one of my ATV's and do some work to.... Yard work is finished... And dammit its time for a toddie..

served up bbq for 27 yesterday - whole helluva lot of work, but a good day :-)
