  • Spare ribs and chicken parts cooked on various cooking devices while thinking aboot..

...becoming a vagitarian. Oops... I already am.

Anywho, here we have spare ribs and chiggin body parts. I have not done spares since last comp season... got in a rut with BBs. Dammit, hell to the yea!!! Love me some spares!!

Spares were done in the Weber Performer with me Smoke EZ gig, and the chiggin was done on me Weber 22.5" kettle. Both were fired up with Stubbs briquets and chunks of cherry.

Had the ribs rocking at a steady 230-240. I love it when temps are fine and the cook is marinated... I did a modified 3-2-1... more like a 3-.75-1. BTW, watch them ribs in the foil... real easy to overcook at that stage.

The chiggin... Poppy loves to do chiggin on the kettle. Fishawn, you and me gotta get together and do some serious damage with our collective Weberocity bro. YAY!!

    Here ya go...
