    So with the new addition I decided to do ribs and Pork Roast for the maiden voyage.

    All rubbed up.



    Just having a peak...



    Wrapped in foil



    Taken out of the foil



    All plated up, and ready to EAT!!!!!

          Looks good from here. So how did they taste? I'd say your gettin the gasser figured out in quick fashion.

                            There lies your pork problem!
                            I guarantee the door thermo is WAY off.....i can tell by the lack of pull back on your ribs your not cooking at the proper temp.

                            I'll bet your cooking under 200*.

                              What a great maiden voyage! your ribs came out perfect. I love that John Henry's, I have not seen the Jap rub, gonna have to find that one, I love the raspberry chipotle by them.. yummy!
