  • Grilled Shrimp Yakisoba

    I spent some time in Japan when I was in the service. A few times, I had a dish called Yakisoba. It was great but it wasn't traditional due to the noodles. It was on base stuff but still excellent. So, a while ago I wanted to do right, at least for us anyway. LOL. I cheat and do my shrimp on the grill with a rub instead of in the wok.

    Anyway, here's a pic breakdown of what we did for dinner last night:

    My favorite chile pepper sauce:



    I also make up a soy sauce, water, garlic, ginger and fish flake sauce as well. Some gets added to the stirfry but most is reserved so that peopel can add what they want.

    Thanks for looking and sorry about not being around much. Hell, I figured I'd at least post something to show I am still eating
