Scored some Pecan

A friend of mine had 2 Pecan trees and cut them down. Now here in North Carolina there are not a lot of them around. I was fortunate enough to get a pickup load of it!! I have it seasoning now and will have to cut it up, but I was very happy to get it!

Nice! Love pecan too.

Lang 36 Patio, a few Webers, 2 Eggs, plenty of gadgets and a MES 40 Gen 2.5 electric for bacon and sausage.
My best asset however is the inspiration from the members on this forum.
