I scored big the other dayand found cases of roses pork back ribs for 1.99 pound.been buying these for a couple years now whenever I find them on sale thiere really meatyand just plain delicious.there's usually 12-14 slabs per 25#case.Here's a couple before the smoker pics this morning with more to come.smoking up 4 of these along with a 5# ham product for sammy slicing and will also add some chicken on the grill for todays feast.later BILL

yeah I got to try ribs in the smoker again - I reckon I can get enough heat now :-)

That's a good price on back ribs. Sam's here is $3.47 per pound.
