  • Pineapple Stuffing in Cast Iron

Made my Pineapple Stuffing in cast iron this year and it turned out better than ever I borrowed Myttazz's idea from his skillet apple pie and did a caramel sauce in the bottom before I poured in the stuffing to bake. Here is the recipe its easy:
    1 stick of butter melted
    1/2 cup sugar
    4 eggs
    15 oz can chunk pineapple
    2 tps vanilla
    2 tps cinnamon
about 6 slices of bread torn into pieces
mix ingredients in this order mixing well before adding next ingredient

melt butter and brown sugar in cast iron pan pour mix on top and bake at 350 or grill indirect for about 45 min

Should go great with your pulled ham. You're making me hungry now.
Lang 36 Patio, a few Webers, 2 Eggs, plenty of gadgets and a MES 40 Gen 2.5 electric for bacon and sausage.
My best asset however is the inspiration from the members on this forum.
