    Did me up a little quarter chicken diner. Smoked with cherry and hickory at 300, and glazed twice in the last hour. Here is how they turned out.

          They look like they came out great... I still have 40lbs of them in the big freezer.. Need to get some on the pit..

              We were right about the temp gauge on the door. Once I figured out the temps. were about 30 off the chicken took about 3 hrs. Just finished eating, and it turned out great!!!
