yeah well i got lazy.
my wife makes this hashie casserole
6-8 taters boiled
1 cup cheddar
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 cup sour cream
a splash of beer
garlic,onion to taste
crushed garlic croutons on top..
bake or smoke @250-275 until done..
so i get the wild idea to top w/ abt boats after i scoop the goodness into a bowl of this..
but wait,,
why not just add 1/2 cup of diced peppers
1/2 cup onion & chive cream cheese w/ comino
&1/3 smoked crumbled fatty
& add bacon across the top....
pot pie crust in a d.o. over the pit until the top is browned & bacon is crispy
dang fine w/ some pintos,an over easy egg,& salsa.....
there could be a tortilla involved too.
