  • Leg of Da Lamb

Over the weekend I did a leg of lamb rubbed with garlic and rosemary and then smoked with the last of my grape vines

Turned out nice and juicy and was gone before I could save a piece for the lunch box on Monday!

    Thanks for viewing the pics............

I used to buy those COSTCO boneless legs, butterfly them and grill 'em. Have yet to try one since being bit by the smokin' bug. Just hope when I do it, it turns out as scrumptious as yours looks!!

Looks great. I have smoked a lamb shoulder roast but not a leg of lamb yet. I will have to try it one of these days.
