Alright... here we go.
First off I got my wife involved in this project because I value her opinions and she's one hell of a cook ( It's what she does for a living).
Opened the pouch.. smell of oregano and ??
Very fine powder taste of herbs with a little bite.. nice
I did five chops 2 with lemon rosemary and oregano. 1 with lemon and Tatoka Dust and 2 with just Tatonka Dust.
Used the 20 miniute before grilling recommendation.
My wife made some stuffed mushrooms as a side and I put some of the dust on top of a couple of the before they cooked.
My wife was a bit skeptical at first, think it was the color. After a couple of bites it was all good.
The flavors just rocked on the lamb..Perfect compliment.
The 2 with nothing but the dust had the best flavor.
Don't know what you all did but don't change a thing.
