Here it is.
Meowey’s Macaroni and Cheese
Ingredients:
½ lb Macaroni cooked “al dente”
3 TBL Butter
3 TBL Flour
2 TSP Dry Mustard
1 TSP Chili Powder
1 TSP Salt
½ TSP White Pepper
2 ½ cups Milk
12 oz shredded cheddar cheese (or any combo of cheeses to your preference)
1 cup crushed Ritz crackers or bread crumbs
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F
Mix flour, mustard, chili powder, salt and pepper
Melt butter over medium heat and allow it to foam out
Add flour mix to butter and form a roux, cook 1 minute after roux begins to bubble
Slowly whisk in the milk
Simmer for 10 minutes or until thickened, stirring
Reduce heat to low, slowly add the cheese, stirring to melt, and simmer 1-2 minutes
Combine sauce with cooked macaroni and put in 2-quart baking dish
Top with crumbs
Bake for 30 minutes – let rest for 5 minutes before serving

Well the bad news is that the recipe (was) on smokingmeatfail and they lost it in the epic crash. The good news is that I make this stuff enough to remember how to do it...I just dont have pics to prove it To the best of my recolection, i used 2 cans of cheddar cheese soup, a bag of italian blend shreaded cheese form wally world. It has asiago, fontina, mozzarella, romano, parmesan, and provolone cheeses in it. 1/2 C of shreaded cheddar, 2 or 3 deli slices of muenster colby and swiss cut into small pieces. Warm the condensed cheddar cheese soup and add a lil bit of milk to thin it out, and start adding the Ital Blend and sh. Cheddar untill it makes strings when you pull the spoon out of it. Add just a little bit of milk to get it to the consistency that YOU want. I like mine a little bit thick. Boil the noodles and mix the sauce and nooldes up. Butter a casserole dish and put a layer of sauce/noodles down then put half of the sliced cheese ontop of that, then the other half of the noodles and the rest of the sliced cheese. top with butter pats and sprinkle with bread crumbs.
