Well BL, I really wanted to try your pie recipe but I was lacking in some ingredients.

I didn't have cream
I was low on butta
So I subbed a couple things
for anotha.

Anyway, I pretty much made a basic pumpkin pie and added the cream cheese.

I used evaporated milk, 3 whole eggs and put it in a spring form pan.
I'll be taking it over to my daughters house later, they invited us over for a steak dinner, ( bring remaining Tatonka dust ).

Here it is and one day I'll follow your recipe to a ..........T

Good stuff lee.......Folk need eat more orange veggies/fruit.beta deal.....


I cant wait try this when me pie pumpkins in season......a long with becks peaches etc.....been eating same fresh pie pumpkins too longs.
