  • Pulled Pork Eggrolls!

Took some leftover pulled pork and sauteed with some shredded carrot, cabbage, and bean sprouts. Took the warm mixture and wrapped it in eggroll wrappers, then fried in 375° deep fryer till golden and yummy! About 3 minutes for us. These things were awesome!!!! Little bit of sweet and sour sauce and we are some happy smokers!

Sweeet... I have used PP in empanada, but the eggroll is a superior treat in my book. Bravo!

          excellent - have some springroll

I actually bought some wrappers the other day. very very cheap and just in a packet you can keep in a cupboard.
will be using them next week sometime :-)

These are the wrappers I got.

Don't need any special storage - dated till next year and I think they were less than £1 ($1.50) for 2 packets.

          Couldn't resist :-)
