  • Bacon Wrapped, andouille stuffed chicken breasts

    Well been wanting to try this. Marinated the chicken in a garlic/herb marinade, cut up some andouille sausage. Put the andouille in, rolled it and wrapped in bacon. Should be good, hopefully.

        Thanks Seboke. Came out good and tastes real good. Tried to get a good shot of the inside, not too good. Too busy eating right now.

                  Thanks. It was a store bought, 10 minute marinade. It sure smelled good though. Wife walked in the house and said "What smells so good?" That was before I even put them on the smoker.

                          Man, does that look good. I haven't tried the chicken breast wrapped up deal yet. Thanks for another idea.

                          The breasts look thinner. Did you pound or roll them flat?
