I stopped by the our little produce market yesterday and picked up some green onions, and banana peppers. I pulled out a 1lb pack of ground venison and a 6oz pack of ground lamb (I don't like adding pork to my deer meat. Still get that bit of fat from the lamb and flavors just blend better).
Mixed the meats and added allspice, minced garlic, sea salt, CBP, 1 egg,
green onions and cheese. Stuffed the peppers and still had some mix left so out comes and orange bell and it gets the rest of the mix.
A couple dozen RO Briquettes and some chunks of my applewood stash indirect on the Weber. a couple of hours for the banana's and an extra 30 to 40 mins for orange bell.
