  • Belly shots

    Look at these beauties I found for $1.50 per pound. I bought 4. Its gonna be a lot of bacon! I didn't even have to trim. They came squared up with no skin.

    Pic is 2 1/2 days in cure of salt, cure, red,white, and black pepper. Hoping to smoke em up on Sunday.

                          Ok, if I remember right, I go ahead and smoke it like normal, boil the livin tar out of it, then smother it in paprika for a couple days???
