  • Howdy to all!

It has been hard to get the ol' girl out so far this spring. Too much rain, on all the wrong days. But we've managed to sneak in some burn time...

A man can only go so long without smoked goat!

There's 4 Boston Butts waiting in the freezer, and it's supposed to rain AGAIN this Saturday!

Glad to meet your acquaintence. Found y'all through the Great Lakes BBQ Supply site. I'll snoop around some, see what's here.

Well, now they are calling for just a 20% chance of rain Saturday. I may be thawing those butts after all. Course, soon as I do, it'll cloud up and rain. Have to watch it. I'd love to smoke 'em overnight, then get up the next morning to finish, cool and pull. But all it takes is experiencing one smoke collapse from rain, and a man gets leery.
