    Wow! Thanks Kyote!

    A big ole flat rate box showed up from the Kyote today! It's packed full of lovely peppery stuff! Some I never heard of even! WHEEE!

    Most excellent, Sir! I will be happy to return a quantity of Smitty's when avilable if you like, or a package of my rub.

    I don't think I could find some of that stuff here...maybe down in Detroit's Mexican Village...

    I really appreciate it! Gonna start a new vinegar jar later...Mmmm!

    You are very welcome Richtee. I hope you enjoy all of it. the green chili peanut brittle is addicting to say the least. the dick's salsa took 1st last year at the 13 annual salsa contest.

      Man...just had a little snack of a few chips with the Dicks Cafe salsa. OK..well..I ate half the jar. Man-O-man is that stuff righteous!

      Break a little sweat after a half dozen well loaded chips, but not so hot that you won't keep going... and a good flavor. Impressive stuff!

            I just got home and a very generous package was on the counter... Man O Man... Looks like I need to put the brain into gear on making some great sauce and rubs with this care package... Thank you Koyte. You are very kind to take the time and cash to put this together...


            I will be test driving some of this during the hockey games tonight and I bet I make something up for the weekend smoke as well..

                TH I am sure you will put it to good use. I hope you enjoy all of it. some of those will go a long way in a rub or sauce. and Like rich said, that green chile peanut brittle is boss.
                Most of the stuff is sun dried. you may be able to plant some of the seeds in your garden if you like.
