I'm out of Appleton white rum, and refuse to pay a premium price for Bacardi. At $15 for a 1.75, I'm digging the Ronrico. St. Germain is Elderflower liqueur, I think it substitutes nicely in a lot of drinks that call for Cointreau or Triple Sec (note that it has 20% alcohol vs. 40% in Cointreau).
St. Germain Pineapple Daiquiri
* ¼ shot fresh-squeezed lime juice
* 1 shot St. Germain liqueur
* 1-½ shots light Rum
* ½ shot pineapple juice
I think I'll have this one on the rocks.
