    Burnin' sticks to clean 'er out. Running 325 right now. Doing a party Fri nite...gonna be tight but 8 butts. It's only 4 miles away so I'll do the most of the cook here, and drag it over around 5 ish to waift some smoke about. Band starts at 8, sooo...7 the stuff will be pulled for sammies.

      This unit is a pleasure Gooose. Has 2 propane burners on the other side, the storage/table slideout (white box up front), and just loves to hang at 250 for 6 hours on a load of coal while tossing in the ocassional split. Love this cooker!

                        Well... picts are too big a PITA when yer alone and in gloves and elbow deep in rub and injection...so get over it.

                        Also, I trimmed the fat caps tight, and split the butts along that inside bone edge...you know..the one filled with all that stringy fat crap ya toss out pulling anyway? Well, I won't have to deal with that goop :{)

                        I am using the GP Mad Hunky heavy coat, and injecting with a mix of SmokieOkie's Swine Brine and Bark product. Have used this a few times... relly is a nice layer or two of flavor.

                        I am wrapping and chilling the hunks for about 14 hours before they hit the cooker tomarrow AM
