  • Fried Spo-getti' in the Man Skillet

So...having a friend whose Mrs's is Italiano has it's benefits...one of those being off the wall dishes that I ain't never even herd of.

When camping with Bassman, he and Mrs Bassman started talking about "fried pasta". Well, it's pretty explanatory, and here's my version in the wok.

Eggs with some milk and MH, chopped ham, green chili, onions and japs along with half of a 14.5oz box of cooked Barilla spo-getti'.

    Onions

    The fry ON!

    The flip

And my brunch - fried noodles sided with a couple of toasted slices of fresh BM#1 and a gob of black raspberry jelly.

Mighty fine!! Very similar to an omelet, however the taste and texture of the crispy noodles on the bottom take it up about five notches. The bottom side after the flip gets extra crunchy. Give this one a whirl!!

Thanks for sharing the idea, Keith, and thanks for checking out my brunch!

Beautiful job on the frittata, Tracey! I like to make them with chicken or sausage with peppers and onions but I'm going to try spoo-getti next time.

That's pretty wild. LOVE the breaded and fried ravioli but this is something totally different.
