  • Smoked Elk Roast with Tatonka Dust

    Hello Everyone

I was finally able to try the sample of Tatonka Dust that Tanya and Marty sent me a couple months ago this is some really good stuff I did two Elk roasts today one with course pepper and garlic rub on it and one with the Tatonka Dust there was no comparison in the two the Tatonka dust blew the other rub away everyone here really enjoyed the Tatonka Dust I will be begging for more soon
I smoked the Roasts at 225 for 3 1/2 -4 hours using plum wood for smoke they turned out great but we all liked the one with the Tatonka Dust the best Thank you again Marty and Tanya
