Excellent patio smoker. All 1/4" steel plate construction. About 5 years old. Conventional flow with tuning plate design. Works beautifully and turns out some fantastic Q.
Features include drop down front shelf. Drop down grate above firebox which can be used as a warmer or to sautee or fry with cast iron pan. Slide out ash pan, slide out fire grate and wood box.
2" brass drain valve. Holds 10 to 12 racks of ribs 6 to 8 pork butts and a couple good sized briskets turkey breasts etc.
I have easily fed 50 people off this cooker. Approx. 1400 square inches of cooking space. Perfect size for family or entertaining.
This is a great pit and a nice opportunity for someone to upgrade at a decent price. Asking $1700. I am in northern Mn.
I am only selling because I am upgrading to a trailer rig.
