  • Cedar Planked Tilapia

Thought I would do something different today and bought some fresh Tilapia to be Cedar Planked.

I seasoned with Lemon Pepper (stepping out on a ledge here) and placed on the planks at about 400°. No real mystery here as I pulled them around 145°/150°.

    All happy on the Yoder.

    Done and ready for eating!

Hmm- I see some red pepper flake as well... not usually in a lemon-pepper mix.

I have never planked anything. Perhaps I should try this method.
