Very nice Tip! Them bones look mighty fine.

I love my drum.It will never replace the stickburner, but has a deffinate place in my cooking tools.

Had a couple call today, say they was bored, and commin for a visit.

No biggy, was gonna warm up some brisket for sammies anyways, so I grabbed a couple chubs of sausage, spun up a couple fatties while a 1/2 chimney was going. Dumped it in the drum, tossed in the fatties, and socialized for 90 minutes, added a pan of sliced brisket and au jus to the drum, and in 30 minutes,we were feasting on good food. No muss , no fuss!

Shut it down after wards and the fire goes right out. I have smoked on my drum 5 times now, and still have only used a half a basket full of lump!
