K well found me a Preformer here's the pic I'm going to offer the guy 125.00 my question is I'm not sure of what that is on the table top any thought's ?? Looks as if it should clean-up pretty well..

so is it a gas kettle or what ?
looks like a smart piece of kit. Bit dusty but can't see any damage or rust.
you might get it for $150 - but if you offered me 125 you wouldn't get a polite answer :-)

It's worth 50% of retail.
The gas assist is to get the coals going in a chimney.
$125.00 is not an unreasonable offer as it depends on how bad the guy

Exactly....He sets the price high I low ball him and we meet somewhere in between (ever watch Pawn Stars ?) I'll give him $ 150 if that's where he stands but why would anyone pay more that needed ?? Still waiting to hear from him it's been listed for 3 weeks and I'm the first guy to bite so we'll see...... stay tuned

I just got one of these off of CL. The guy was asking $200 I got it for $100. So haggle with the fella u might get a hell-of a deal.
