Made some fatties Wednesday morning but ran out of time to smoke them. They are wrapped tight in the Saran wrap from the easy roll method and have been in a very cold fridge . They were stuffed with cooked Ham chunks and shredded cheese. The sausage and bacon were from unopened packages with a best if used by 8/13 on the sausage. Safe or no ?

Thanks guys. I prepared them on a sanitized lexan (i think) cutting board, wore latex gloves and the meat only touched the Saran wrap.Weber Smoky Joe
