  • Garlic Smeared Chicken

    Decided to kick it up a notch with Emeril's Chicken Recipe But I thought I would give it a try in the Camp Dutch Oven. There's really nothing to it, just a bird in the oven but the garlic added at the end of the cycle was pretty good. I've also had to switch to Gluten Free stuff so I adapted the Red Lobster Garlic Biscuits, I'm still an attempt or two away from being happy with the adaption but the appearance is fine which is usually the hardest part when it comes to altering the formulas, I'm also using the Lodge Logic Round Handleless Griddle on a trivet to give me a cast iron elevated floor to the Dutch Oven, I find it gives me the characteristics of cast iron without having to rotate the DO every few minutes, but anyway here's the chicken.

      It's an iPhone App or two...I'm a right brain visual artist, I shoot what I feel not what I see so if the mood of the dish requires a monochromatic image that's what I gotta do! :-) Cooking is just a hobby, visual communication is the job, sometimes the two just colided.

          Yeah, Emeril's Recipies just seem to ring my bell, I've never been disappointed with his style.
