Ribs on a Kettle the first time is tricky. Temp control, now learned, will be easier next time and getting a better smoke ring also will be better. I did manage to get temp down to 250 +/- for a lengthy tome durring the 3-2-1 cook process. I pretty much camped out by the kettle and only left after stabilizing my temp. I am still learning to do this on the WW. Looking forward to the next one.

Looks like a fine sunday meal to me.

Nice to see i'm not the only one who BBQ's in the Front Driveway. lol, my wife doesn't like me doing it, but I keep me smokers in the garage and I hate rolling them out back. Plus I get to hang out in the only room in the house where I get full control of whats hung on the walls

Nice job, took me a couple of low n slows to master the weber temp but if you use the same fuel every time it gets easier.
I got a weber in the garage for wet weather I can sneak out the door and cook on the drive too , my mrs dosnt like it either shrugs
