  • Modified the Brinkmann...

Modified the Brinkmann smoker, made another rack for it so now I can cook more meat lol, also added a couple shelves on the side with spacers so they wouldn't melt. Also welded up the Char Broiler and squared it up with flat stock so all the burners would work again. Cleaned it up and thinking about giving it to my oldest son as he loves to grill but doesn't have one as of yet. Then I took a pic of all four and can't wait to get the Weber performer one touch from my buddy once he can dig it out of his garage. Not the best welding job bot it works for me....

You are a brave man putting glass shelves on that thing LOL! Or is that a plexi?
I rub it every chance I get!

Granted, all this is just in my head. Until I win the lotto, or my career as a stripper pays off, I'm forced to use the kitchen counter....

Its Plexiglass and I spaced it away from the smoker using aluminum. If they melt or get too hot I will try something else.

Thanks Rich, Wife thinks I am crazy, but I tell her you can't have too many cookers. They each have their purpose.
