    doing em for the first time.........one is 1 lb 7 oz. and the other 10 oz.s

    what to do sandwiches with em for half time............

    suggestions?

      Gave ya mine D88de... 135 and rest a few. If ya need to reheat, use some drippings. Maybe use some for a brown mushroom gravy for a open face.

        I used Rosemary,garlic and c u m i n, take to 130, rest ,slice thin and make a samich, sour dough and horseradish.
        My food WAS a vegaterian!!

          you get much drippings from this meat?

          or smoke it in a pan?

            You can put them in a pan, but i never got a lot of renderings from them, pritty lean peice.

                You can use some beef bullion to augment the drippings.

                      I get a prouduct here called better than boullion (and it really is) auguments a good au-jus-or Steve you could simmer some dino bones down-grin -it's a paste that comes in a 8 oz jar-add some broth or drippens and bingo.

                          How is that aus jus in a bottle? I seen it but never tried it. I use a beef base, it's sorta like boullion but bore pastey and need to be refridgerated after opening as it has beef in it. They make a pork and aus just and a chicken this way also. I get it at Gordons.
