A while back superVman sent me some up north peppers that he grew.
so I marinated a flat iron with rub and some of his ground up peppers then lined the top with some whole peppers of same. then vacum packaged the thing and stuck her in the frezzer.
pulled it out the other day and let defrost. (pic to follow. LOL.)
it has been on the smoker since 1630 hours. the wind picked up and dropped the temp. had to fire up another chimmeny which brought her back to temp asap.
I made a spritz of cranbbery/pomegrant/ trible sec (what a waste putting it on meat,) I ended up pouring it over ice and drinking it. and used the garden hose to spritz the dern thing.
any how she is at 135 temp and waiting for it to hit 150 then pull foil and into a snug towel for awhile. hmmm. every body is p.oed that we will eat late so I sent thier tired butts to bed early. we will dine on it with the rest of the viddles that I made up to go with it in the mornin....more to come.
