Well in honor the Blue Moon Kroger had Blue King Crab on sale for $9.99 per pound!!
So I picked up two LARGE clusters... enough for two meals for the Mrs. and I.
Just look at those massive legs!! I would hate to see one of those chasing after me!!
On to the Twice Baked Potato!
Bake your taters as you normally do. cut in half and let cool for a while as you get the rest together.
Cheese, sour cream, chive, bacon, salt and CBP and a bit of Milk. Then scoop out the baked taters into the bowl.
Then mix all up.
Put back into the skin and top with a bit more cheese and bacon!
Put back into oven until hot. and Here they are out of the oven.
While these were cooking the crab took a bath in boiling water and out on to the trey.
Well here is the first leg and the tater all plated up!!
Man these were killer!! some of the best blue king crab I have ever had!!
