  • Beef, Chicken and Pork Tostada

Didn't know where to post this, feel free to move it if you need to!
I smoked some meat on my drum and made a tostada.

I seasoned some beef chuck strips, chicken and pork hunks with some olive oil, kosher salt and cracked black pepper. Smoked on my drum for about 1 hour. (with a bit of mesquite)

    Made some pico de gallo...

    Gathered some lettuce...

    Heated my tortillas...

    Started building....
    Refried beans and smoked beef...

    Smoked chicken, pork and cheese....

    Lettuce and pico...

Thanks for checking out my smoked meat tostada. :)
