Big brother and sis in law a girl could have...
I was a bit down this week, my sil told my big bro, so he insisted we come out for the weekend. I got here and he a little itty bitty shoulder for me to smoke on his ecb.. we are doing the ribs on the bbq...
I have some pics but don't know how to load them on the lap top.

I wanted something different to adhere the rub on the shoulder, so I took a can of Dr Pepper, some peppercorns, and a sliced up orange, reduced it to a syrup, then added some grape jelly, let it all melt took off the heat and let it cool then slathered that on the butt, then the rub and rubbed...
I am mopping it with Michael Collins/dr pepper and rub mix...
