  • First smoked meat loaf.

Made my first smoked meatloaf along with 2 racks of spare ribs.
We had my little ones day care people over for dinner so everything went pretty fast ( hence no plated pics.) everyone had a great time.

The meat loaf had onions garlic cheese red pepper and some of my rub in it.

Your first one? It looks like you have been smoking them for years, I bet that sammie was extremely tasty! Well done, Herb!
