My regular class in Diamond Bar, CA, covers 15 items. For this Four Seasons class, I'm adding 5 items: a mini whole hog, beef ribs, lamb ribs, moinks, and fatties. It will be first class as the Four Seasons Scottsdale will be handling the site logistics and BBQ Island will be providing pits and support. We have sponsors lined up to give swag to students.
