    Since these are half beef and half pork, I'm just gonna post it here.
    I didn't weigh any of this stuff out, but his is what I put in them.

    About 2lbs of each, beef and pork. 2 chopped onion, shrooms, powdered brown gravey, salt and pepper.









    More pics will come after they are finished.

          Here are the rest of the pics. I managed to get a 9/10 on these. Very tastey.

          About 2 hrs into the smoke with smoker sitting at 230 degrees.


          A close up at the same time.


          Just popped them onto the Q to finish them up.


          Ready for dressing and chowing.

                      Nice burgers andy. I made up some of them yesterday myself but I layed the thick onion slices on the grate with a light brush of oil, course salt, pepper and paprika.

                          Thanks for all the kind words. There are 20 burgers that never made it to the smoker. Will definately take the advice and add the bacon the next time.
