  • Applewood smoked salmon and sides

Wild coho salmon rubbed with S&P, white sugar, paprika, and some hatch chile powder. Smoked on the kettle planked with applewood chips for smoke and KB for heat.

Also tried out my new lodge cast iron skillet on the kettle with zucchini, mushrooms, red and orange peppers, jalepenos, and fire roasted corn seasoned with butter, canola oil, Worcestershire, and weber veggie seasoning. Cooked the salmon and veggies on my blue kettle and fire roasted the corn quickly on the smokey joe(have to tend to the corn often to get it evenly roasted and I didnt want to disturb the salmon). Added corn to skillet after it was roasted.

Also made my cheesey pasta--- it goes with anything really!

Rained the whole time so no outside pics of the process, just the finished product!

    Thanks fer lookin
