    Had company coming, and dy wanted to eat.(kinda late notice thing)
    Bought some cut up byrds at de store. they were still a little frozen, so, after soaking in cool water for a while. I filled a large pot with beer, chopped in half habs, cilantro, and onion and a couple garlic tears.and maybe a couple other things as it got blurry after the 4th are was it the 10th martini.
    threw the byrds in when it came to a boil, when back to boil, I turned it down to simmer. fired up the smoker. made some ketchup based sauce.
    drain the bryds after they got drunk in the pot. and flung em on de smoker at a low temp for an hour.
    after 45 minutes they got washed with de sauce. and coverd up in de smoke again for 15 minutes.

    they were tasty (actualy pretty bad word good). please forgive for boiling em 1st.
    we had rice, salad, corn on de cob ( which we recycle to the outhouse in dis part of de woods for reuse.)
