    homemade crust & sauce,pepperoni,smoked italian sausage,smoked ham,ground sausage,6 italian cheese blend,& extra mozza w/ basil & oregano mixed in.
    well seasoned skillet lightly sprayed w/ evoo,450 for 15-20.






    brink vertical charcoal(the carp)
    18" old smokey charcoal grill/smoker
    cast iron Hibachi
    22" Kettle w/ "Smoke-EZ" styled riser extension
    & rotisserator
    12x7 wells cargo vending trailer(mods in progress)
    stuffer,slicer & more carp than i can fit in it...
    Marshall amps & various awesome guitars,drums,P.A.,etc.recording studio.....

        That's what I call rockin' a pie!
        Lang 36 Patio, a few Webers, 2 Eggs, plenty of gadgets and a MES 40 Gen 2.5 electric for bacon and sausage.
        My best asset however is the inspiration from the members on this forum.

                    Looks great!! I have been wanting to make a deep dish pie lately too. Did you precook anything or preheat your CI Pan?

                        nope.just spray evoo'd the pan lightly & lined the sides w/ pepperoni so they wouldn't slide down.

                        I'll scan in the dough recipe later when the wife rewrites it in legible english.
