Do people appreciate these gifts? I wanted to do some cheese and smoked almonds last year to give out as gifts and my Wife thought it was a dumb idea,

Heck yeah, a couple of years ago I cut some pork loin in about 1 pound chunks, cured and smoked. Did a variety of smoked cheese and baked some homeade crackers. Everyone really enjoyed and appreciated that gift.
