    on exhausts for the flat lids onna a uds, without bung holes.

    I could of swore that someone uses a pvc flange bolted to the lid?

    i am amost dun with my drum....shut up bubba.....lolol

    any help would be appreciated

    Try something like a galvanized 2" romex connector normally used for conduit?
    Once you go Weber....you never call customer service....

          Exhaust is only gonna be 350*, tops. Shouldnt be an issue for off gassing. You could also go with a stainless or black iron 2" npt close nipple, with a 2" female coupling on the bottom and top.
          Once you go Weber....you never call customer service....

            I think BBQ Bubba did actually.

            Handles and an 8" piece of PVC for an exhaust...

            Don't know about a flange. He may have just jammed it into the hole.

              buddy of mine told me to use a header collector.
              I can get them in stainless steel.

                I just drilled 8 holes 1/2" diameter equally spaced around the lid about 2" in from the edge. I use Fridge Magnet pieces for control and to snuff out the fire...

                  Before I added the Weber lid to mine that's the way my flat lid was set up.
