  • From the kitchen Leg of lamb

Decided to make up a leg of lamb, because I like lamb, and it was cheaper than a beef roast. Marinated it in beer, M-H GP, onion, garlic, rosemary, and CBP. Before going into the oven it got some rosemary, garlic, and more M-H. Just cooked it in the oven at 450° for 20 minutes, and then lowered the temp to 325° for 60 mins. Took it out of the oven went the probe said 145°. Rested, and served with some broccoli brown rice au gratin. I don't know if anyone has used MH on lamb, but OI think it goes really well with this particular meat.

I know I am slacking. I used the rotisserie 2x in the last few weeks but for chickens. And I didn't get pics.
